Orders will be dispatched within 3 working day. Orders can take up to 7 working days. Our free delivery service is second class so please keep this in mind.
RETURNS

If you return any items this is paid for by the customer not JoJo Glow.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are not able to be cancelled once payment has been processed. Orders can be returned but sealed and in the same condition as received.
